It's too late for this winter,my place is full. However, do take note of my website address and let me know if you need anything past April or May. I am thinking I would like to rent my house out from May to October for a low monthly rental cost. I'd like to give it a break from constant vacation rentals, let someone just enjoy it and hopefully give it a little love.

I just rented a place by the month. It's a studio with bedroom, kitchen area, bathroom, etc. In town. All bill included and flexible terms. There's another one or two available in the same place. It's run by the people who own the Lavanderia Bubuja on Jupiter Sur.

Hi, there is a home of a Canadian friend who is looking to rent out her home...It is quite nice. It has 2 separate houses connected by a walkway. The 1 bedroom unit in the front can be used for an office , etc...or when guests come and the back house has also 1 unit...it is very tropical and conveniently located a few streets in back of the central area of the town. If you wish to view it let me know. The couple are looking for $1000 dollars for both units...They are looking for a 6 or 12 month long term renter but may be possible to rent for a shorter term to a mature and business professional.
