The house and bungalow stand in a 600 square meter property nestled by a lush green tropical garden ~ the perfect place for a siesta in a comfy hammock and for kids to run around and play safely! The garden also features a stone fireplace for barbeques and bonfires under Tulum's star filled nights, and plenty of space for diving and kiteboarding gear.

The property sleeps up to 6 people ~ 4 in the main house and 2 in the bungalow. The main house has an upstairs loft with a double bed and 2 balconies that allow cool breeze to flow through, and the living area downstairs has a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2. The house has one bathroom, located on the first floor. The house is very cool during the spring and summer time due to its high ceilings, ceiling fans and its 21 windows!

The kitchen is equipped with a spacious and silent fridge, a BOSCH stove and basic kitchenware for guests to prepare their meals, which can be enjoyed in the porch.

The bungalow has a beautiful thatched palapa roof and wooden floor, a double bed and a small bathroom decorated with river stones, as well as a ceiling fan. It also has an open-air kitchenette.

The property has private parking for 2 cars in the garden area. There are also 2 bikes at guests disposal, and more bikes can be rented in town. Bikes are the ideal means of transportation to get to the beach, to the ruins, to the nearby cenotes and to move around town.
