- About Me:
- I'm a Bikram Yoga Teacher, certified in the Spring of '03 and teaching full time in Boston, MA. I'm also a trained Holistic Health Counsellor, from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition in NYC, and I'm going to cooking school this fall at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, where I'll be learning to create menu plans in a variety of diet regimes: ayurvedic, raw food, macrobiotic, vegetarian, etc...I've been to Tulum several times, and plan to live there next winter, teaching yoga, cooking, and improving my spanish. Hobbies: Salsa dancing and the guitar!
