I have folks with lots in Tulum with Electricity, sewers, LP Gas etc. then I have lots in the Ejido Dos Ojos in the jungle that are much less BUT you wouldhave to set up a solar system and have LP gas delivered. These Hectares can easly be divided up (pick your spot) and with a Notario (real estate Lawyer) it is all legal and you can build anything you want. No shortage ofworkers to build anythng youwant. This is 3 minutes to the Famous Dos Ojos Cehote system. I wish I could buy dome but I normally take all my cash and put it back into Casa Playa MAYA.

NEXT PROJECT, A POOL AND GARDEN AREA AND A HOUSE FOR ME..I AM STILL LIVING IN THE CAMPER I BROUT HERE BACK IN 1996.
